Janet is an experienced loan officer and proud advocate for fair, inclusive access to homeownership. She is committed to helping individuals, families, and investors build stability and wealth through real estate. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, Janet works to simplify the lending process and provide tailored solutions for primary residences, second homes, and investment properties. She believes education and transparency empower better financial decisions, and she’s passionate about ensuring every client has the opportunity to thrive in their community.
A native of Wisconsin and a Hoosier for more than 20 years, Janet lives in Fishers with her husband and their three cats. They have four (mostly) grown children who keep life interesting. Outside of lending, Janet is an avid reader, self-proclaimed taco connoisseur, and enthusiastic Green Bay Packer Backer. A former public official and lifelong supporter of community engagement, she continues to bring those values into her work: helping others achieve stability and opportunity through homeownership.
As one of her favorite characters, Leslie Knope, once said: “I care. I care a lot. It’s kind of my thing.” That sentiment perfectly captures Janet’s approach, caring deeply about people, their goals, and the communities they call home.
