With a background at Royal United and a knack for problem-solving, she thrives on creating structure and supporting big ideas as the company continues to expand.

Outside of work, Nicole loves playing volleyball, exploring new restaurants, reading a good book, and spending time with her two Aussiedoodles. A beach town at heart, she believes in asking good questions, staying active, and finding balance between career and life.
